Inviting Ideas and Suggestion for Tripura State Budget 2021-2022

The Department of Finance, Govt. of Tripura invites inputs/suggestions from citizens, which will be presented to the appropriate panel for incorporating into the State Budget 2021-22 in order to make the State Budget more concrete and beneficial for mass people.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document in the discussion point.

This is one of the continuous efforts of the State Government to make its decision-making process more participative and inclusive.

The first phase of comments will be taken on 10th March 2021 for review. However, you can keep posting your comments which may be considered in later phases.

Finance Minister Jishnu Deb Barma, last year tabled the budget of Rs. 19,891 crore with a deficit of Rs. 511.41 crore having 19 new major announcements with a revenue expenditure of Rs 17,252.12 crore and capital expenditure of Rs 2,639.48 crore for the financial year 2020-21.
